potential Yamaha customers. Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. has decided a defect relating to
motor vehicle safety exists in all 2004 and certain 2005 YZF-R1 “R1” motorcycles, in all 2004
and certain 2005 FZS600 “FZ6” motorcycles, in all 2002 through 2004 and certain 2005
XV1700PC “Road Star Warrior” motorcycles, and in all 2003, 2004 and certain 2005 FJR1300
and FJR1300A motorcycles.

The reason for this recall:In affected motorcycles, an improperly designed Throttle Position
Sensor (TPS) could cause an intermittently unstable idle when the engine is at idling speed, when
the motorcycle is stopped, or during low speed operation. The engine could stall as a result. If the
engine stalls after the operator disengages the clutch in a low gear while riding, the rear tire
might slip momentarily if the operator abruptly re-engages the clutch. This could result in a
vehicle crash with injury or death.
What Yamaha and your dealer will do:To correct this defect, Yamaha initiated a Factory
Modification Campaign. Unmodified affected motorcycles must have the TPS replaced with a
new one.
What you should do now:Do not operate affected motorcycles until they are modified.
If you are not the first owner of the motorcycle, and are unsure if this important modification has
been done, contact any authorized Yamaha Motorcycle Dealer to check. Any authorized Yamaha

Nicméně si říkám že to je možná trochu moc. Takže nejspíš pořídim, na doporučení známého Kawu, Ninja 250. A za rok třeba nejakou tu šestistovku. Nemáte někdo zkušenosti s tou Ninjou 250 ?

Vykašli se na nějakou 250 a jdi do FZ6. Já jezdil padinu skutra, pak jsem si udělal papíry na velkou a šel rovnou do FZ6 a nelituju. Pokud nebudu počítat, že jsem asi 2 měsíce jezdil Hondu CBF 500, než jsem pořídil FZ6. Pokud si nepotřebuješ na silnici nic dokazovat tak to v poho zvládneš a jdi do toho
