Temporary Carnet de Passage :
-We will start the process in advance and prepare most of documents for your arrival date to the border, so that, we will do the last step when you arrive to the border then you will receive the provided official documents from us at the border because it is necessary for you to have them when you are traveling in Iran and when you want to leave Iran. We provide legal documents which belongs to the department of customs, therefore, you don’t need to show them to anyone else while traveling in Iran except Police when they ask for it. Finally at the exit point you have to give documents back to me or our agent who will do exit process for your vehicle and keep documents at the border. You do not need to pay any amount at the exit point to our agent.
-I recommend you to be at the Iranian side of the border (Gorbulak/Bazargan)at 9AM in Iranian time on the agreed date. I or my agent will meet you after passport control to do the last step of paperwork process which will take a few hours!(It might be 2 hours or 6 hours depends on traffic at the custom), therefore, you should be patient.

Accepted exit points : Agarak/Norduz to Armenia, Esendere/Sero border to Turkey, Astara/Astara to Azerbaijan, Gaduan/Bajgiran to Turkmenistan, Bandar-e-Abbas to UAE. Which one is going to be your exit point?
-Temporary Carnet de Passage service cost 550$ for your vehicle .You need to pay advance payment of (250$) and the remaining fee which is (300$ We accept big money notes) to me or my agent at the border. We need the advance payment to start working and reserve time for you on my schedule ,so that, please make sure using this service because advance payment is not refundable at all and we will not be responsible for that in case of changing law, cancelling trip or any other reason that stops you to travel to Iran or to enter to Iran. So, If the cost and other items are OK with you please read, fill the gaps and sign the attached contract then send it to me as soon as possible.
-The scanned copies of following documents are required, please send them to me as soon as possible : (Driver & passengers passport (ID page), Iran tourist visas as soon as you have, Registration or ownership document of vehicle, photo of the vehicle). Please make sure that the vehicle is registered on your own name otherwise according to customs law we can not offer this service.

Third party insurance for your vehicle :
-It is necessary and highly recommended to have a third party insurance for your vehicle when traveling in Iran to avoid any other difficulties in case of accident or police control, do you have one or shall I arrange it for you?
